Questions
Who handles payment?
Polar, our payment provider and merchant of record, takes the payment, handles tax and sends your receipt. We never see your full card number.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Pro is $90 and Investor is $290 a year, which is 2 months off. Monitor Packs are monthly only.
What are Monitor Packs?
Extra monitored domains on top of any plan, Free included: +100 for $5, +200 for $8, +500 for $10 or +1,000 for $18 a month. Stack as many as you need. They stay when you change plan.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel in your account and you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for. Your monitors, favorites and keywords stay saved.
What happens if a payment fails?
Polar tries again after 2, 7, 14 and 21 days. You keep your plan for 7 days and we email you at each step, with a link to update your card.
Do you give refunds?
New plans can be refunded in full within 14 days of the first payment. Unused API credit packs can be refunded too. See the refund policy for the details.
Do API credits expire?
Your plan's monthly credits reset each month. Credits you top up never expire and are used after the monthly ones.
