You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to accept these Terms.

Some features require a free or paid account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that show signs of compromise.

The Service offers free features with usage limits and paid subscription plans with expanded access. Plan details, pricing, and limits are listed on our Pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis - contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe it was made in error.

Domain registration data displayed by the Service is sourced from public RDAP servers, registry databases, and third-party APIs. We present this data as-is and do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. WHOIS data is subject to the policies of individual registries and may be redacted for privacy.

The DomainToolBelt browser extension is provided free of charge. It stores data locally on your device and communicates with public RDAP servers. The extension does not require an account to use. Additional features may be available when paired with a website account.

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by DomainToolBelt and protected by copyright and trademark law. You retain ownership of any data you create or upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DomainToolBelt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings. We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated Terms, you may cancel your account.
